Welcome to **Tesha Handicrafts®**. By placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, Instagram, or any other sales channel, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
## 1. About Us
**Tesha Handicrafts®** is a registered trademark offering handcrafted products made with traditional Khun fabric and other premium materials.
## 2. Products
* All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations in size, stitching, weave, colour, pattern placement, zari border, and finishing.
* These natural variations are part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.
* Product photographs are for representation only. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
## 3. Orders
* Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
* Customized or made-to-order products are manufactured specifically for the customer. It will take the time compared to other products.
* We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
## 4. Pricing
* All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
* Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
* Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.
## 5. Shipping
* Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are provided for reference only.
* Delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
## 6. Returns & Replacements
* Customers must record a complete, continuous (uncut) opening video while opening the parcel.
* Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by sending the uncut opening video to **WhatsApp: +91 93566 24566**.
* Claims submitted without an uncut opening video will not be accepted.
* Once the claim is verified, return instructions will be provided.
* A replacement will be dispatched after the returned product is received and the claim is found to be valid.
* We do not offer returns or replacements for products damaged due to misuse, improper washing, ironing, storage, or normal wear and tear.
## 7. Customized Products
Customized, personalised, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned unless received in a damaged or defective condition verified according to our replacement policy.
## 8. Intellectual Property
**Tesha Handicrafts®** is a registered trademark.
All logos, branding, product photographs, website content, graphics, and original creative material are the exclusive property of Tesha Handicrafts® and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
## 9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the purchased product.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our products.
