## Returns & Replacement

* Please record a **complete, continuous (uncut) video** while opening your package.
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, kindly share the uncut opening video on **WhatsApp: +91 93566 24566** within **72 hours of delivery**.
* Claims submitted without an uncut opening video will not be eligible for verification or replacement.
* Once your claim is verified, we will provide the return instructions and shop address.
* After receiving and inspecting the returned product, a replacement will be dispatched if the claim is found to be valid.

* Every product is handcrafted with care. Slight variations in stitching, placement, size, pattern alignment, finishing, weave, texture, colour, and zari border are natural characteristics of handmade and woven products, making each piece unique.
* These natural variations are not defects but a hallmark of authentic handmade craftsmanship.
* Measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of the product.
* Actual product colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
